A broken door handle or latch
The push-button handle on a screen door is one of the most common failures we see; the spring wears out, and the latch stops catching. We replace the handle or latch kit and get the door closing and latching again, usually in well under an hour.
A door off track, sagging, or hanging by a hinge
Screen doors take daily abuse and eventually sag, drag, or hang from a single screw. We rehang the door, replace worn hinges and screws, and re-tension or re-screen it so it swings and seals as it should. We install hinged and double doors.
A torn panel or a broken support cable
A fresh tear in one panel, or a snapped internal support cable, is a spot repair when the surrounding screen is still good. We replace the panel with a matching Phifer screen or re-run the cable, so you are not paying to rescreen an enclosure that does not need it.
