We work two very different waves of screen across the county. The 1970s and 80s pool homes around Brandon, Valrico, and Bloomingdale are on their third or fourth screen by now, and many have never had the aluminum, cables, or tapcons checked, so what looks like a rescreen often needs a little structural attention first. Out in the newer builds in Riverview, Wimauma, Apollo Beach, and the SouthShore Bay area, salt air off the bay and pond edges ages standard screens faster, which is why a lot of those homes step up to a tougher mesh.
