Our Process
How It Works, Start to Finish
6
Steps to a Better Space
1
Free in-home estimate: Todd measures the cage, checks the roof and cables, and confirms your screen choice.
2
Strip the old screen: Every wall and roof panel comes off, along with old spline.
3
Pressure-wash the frame: The whole aluminum structure is cleaned before the new screen goes on.
4
Install fresh Phifer screen: Walls and roof re-screened panel by panel with USA-made mesh, cut on site for tight tension.
5
Hurricane cables last: We re-attach and tension the cables that keep the cage plumb in high wind, then check every door.
