Mansard: the most requested, and our recommendation

A mansard roof angles inward at the top, giving you a larger, more open, vaulted feel over the pool. It is the style we build most often and the one we usually steer customers toward; it looks the best over a pool and handles Florida weather well.

Gable: right for short spans

A gable roof peaks in the center like a house roof. It works best on shorter spans and smaller cages, where the peaked shape is practical and cost-effective.

Half-mansard: for a tall connection to the home

When the cage has to tie into a two-story wall or a tall roofline, a half-mansard handles that height cleanly, angling on the outer edge while meeting the house up high.

Size is the single biggest factor; a small kidney-pool cage sits near the low end, while a large cage with a custom roof and picture-window panels reaches the top. Roof style, screen upgrades, and any structural reinforcement also affect the number.
