These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lanai Guy website and the screen enclosure, rescreen, and repair services we provide throughout Brandon, Riverview, and East Hillsborough County. By using this site or requesting service, you agree to the terms below.
01 Our Services
Lanai Guy (Key Business Services, Inc.) provides screen enclosure construction, lanai and pool cage rescreens, screen and door repairs, insulated-panel roofs, and related screen work. All services are performed by our own crew as a Florida State-Licensed Specialty Structure Contractor (SCC131152382).
02 Estimates & Pricing
In-home estimates are free. Any price we quote is honored until our material suppliers raise their prices. A $100 minimum applies to small repair jobs. Prices published on this website are starting points; your exact price is confirmed after an in-home assessment.
03 Scheduling & Work
We schedule work as promptly as our calendar allows and communicate timelines directly. Small repairs are often completed within the same week; full rescreens typically run one to two weeks out. Weather and material availability may affect timing.
04 Payment
Payment terms are agreed in your written quote. Financing may be available through Lyon Financial, subject to their approval and terms. We accept the payment methods described at the time of your estimate.
05 Warranty
Every job carries a one-year material and workmanship warranty. Screen material and hardware also carry their own manufacturer's warranty, which in some cases runs longer. Damage from storms, misuse, or normal wear is not covered unless stated in writing.
06 Website Use
The content, images, and materials on this website are the property of Lanai Guy and may not be copied or reused without permission. This site is provided "as is" for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer of service until a written quote is issued.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Lanai Guy is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
08 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
09 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its last-updated date.
