Screen Enclosures & Lanai Builder in Brandon, Riverview & East Hillsborough County
New pool cages, screened lanais, and insulated-panel screen rooms, engineered, permitted, and custom stick-built by a family-owned contractor.
How It Works, Start to Finish
On-site consultation
Todd walks the property, talks through what you want, and tells you honestly how big you can go within county setbacks and what your HOA allows.
Design and engineering
We draw the enclosure and submit it to our engineer, so the structure is stamped for Florida wind load.
Permitting
We pull the county permit and provide all the documents your HOA requires. You do not chase paperwork.
Concrete, if you need it
For a new lanai or screen room, we pour the slab or footer first, since a new enclosure typically needs a proper footer under it.
Build and screen
Our crew erects the aluminum and installs custom-cut, USA-made Phifer screen, with hurricane cables on any screen roof.
Final inspection and walk-through
We schedule the inspection and walk the finished space with you.
